# Shipping Policy

> When orders ship, by order type and time of day.

## When Orders Ship

| Order | Ships |
| ----- | ----- |
| In stock, placed before 12 PM PST on a business day | Same day |
| In stock, placed after 12 PM PST | Next business day |
| Contains an out-of-stock item | When the whole order can ship (see below) |

Product pages show the stock status. In-stock items ship within 48 hours.

### Out-of-Stock Items

If any item on the order is out of stock, we hold the entire order until it can ship in full. Contact [support@binho.io](mailto:support@binho.io) for other arrangements.

## Shipping Origin

All orders, online and by purchase order, ship from our office in San Francisco, California, USA.

## Shipping Methods and Cost

Shipping options and costs depend on the shipping address. Add an item to the [cart](https://binho.io/cart), click **Proceed to Checkout** and enter the shipping address to see them.

## No-Shipping Days

We do not ship on these US holidays:

* New Year's Day (January 1)
* Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
* Independence Day (July 4)
* Labor Day (first Monday in September)
* Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November)
* Christmas Day (December 25)

## Order Confirmation and Tracking

An order confirmation email is sent when the order is placed. To change an order, contact us as soon as possible. When the order ships, a second email follows with tracking information. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to appear.
