# Tax Exemption

> Send the tax exemption certificate before ordering, or ask for a refund of tax on orders placed directly with Binho.

If the company is tax-exempt and the order ships within the United States, send the tax exemption certificate to [support@binho.io](mailto:support@binho.io) before placing the order. We confirm once it is approved, and later orders are tax-free.

## Refund of Tax Charges

If the order has already shipped, the sales tax has already been collected. Send us the exemption certificate and we will do our best to refund the tax. We can refund tax only on orders placed directly on binho.io.
