# 90-Day Return Policy

> Binho offers a 90-day return policy on products bought directly from Binho.

Binho offers a 90-day return policy on products bought directly from Binho:

* from our website, [binho.io](https://binho.io/), or
* on a purchase order placed directly with Binho.

Products bought from a [distributor](/orders-and-policies/orders-and-shipping/distributors/) are not covered by this return policy. They are still covered by the [warranty](/orders-and-policies/returns-and-warranty/2-year-warranty/).

To start a return, contact [support@binho.io](mailto:support@binho.io) or call +1 (415) 409-8771.
