Is the ADC calibrated?

No. The ADC is not calibrated. The analog features of the Binho Multi-Protocol USB Host Adapter are not meant to serve as an oscilloscope or other precise piece of analog test equipment. It is not characterized for performance on AC signals and should only be considered suitable for measurement of ~DC signals.
